Thursday - Warm and sunny
An okay day.
I got up right on time this morning and went through to the living room. I had a quiet morning on my computer. In the afternoon I vacuumed and then sat at my computer and did some stuff. I watched a bit of taped TV and knitted for a little while. That was nice.
In the afternoon I washed the dishes and the nabe for F to use later on. I enjoyed watching old Project Runway on WOWOW. F called me around 5:30 and said he’d be home soon.
F showed up after 7:30. I was starting to worry about him but he was at his mother’s. I suggested he get dinner started right away and he did.
He made us a nabe and it was good. I wasn’t sure that it would be, but the man can make good nabe!
I did the dishes and then settled in to watch House and Bones. F fell asleep on the couch. I watched the first part of The Blue Lagoon and then ended up watching the last part too. The other show was a repeat, so I skipped it. The Blue Lagoon was an odd mixture. On one hand it was soft porn, on the other it was an almost thoughtful look at how two children would bring themselves up if on a deserted island.
F finally woke up and took his bath, and now I think we’re both going to go to bed soon. I know I am!
Tomorrow I’m alone for most of the evening. I think I’ll go out and get something for my dinner, or something for my lunch, or both. You’ll just have to come back and find out what happens! Until tomorrow….
