Tuesday - Hot and sunny

A much better day.

I got up early today and got my exercising done a little earlier than I did yesterday.  Hurray for that! However, after Suits I ended up falling asleep. I didn’t wake up for ages.  Oh no!

I had breakfast at lunchtime, and then got busy.  I did some laundry this afternoon, as well as my computer stuff, some cleaning and even vacuuming.  I didn’t do a lot, but I did some so that was good.

When F came home he was quiet.  He didn’t talk much but went and took a shower.  When he came back he went to bed so I went in and talked to him.  This time he was willing to talk to me, so we talked a bit.  I asked if we could go and have dinner since I had finished my food at lunchtime.  He agreed.  I suggested a couple of places, and so we went out.

F did request a place and we tried to go there but it was full.  We ended up at Gusto and it was nice.  I had chicken again, F had an avocado-tuna rice bowl that he liked.
We came home via the drugstore to get detergent and then popped out again to get food at the grocery store.  F said that he might be out tomorrow night with his mother, so I got food for myself.

The rest of the evening was quite pleasant.  I watched some telly and started joining the squares of my blanket together.  Earlier in the day I laid them out on the bed to see how I wanted to put them together.  I think they look great!  Here’s my two options….

This is one possible version.  I like this one the most.

While I like the Squares in Squares in the middle, it just doesn't work as well for me.

Tomorrow I have to hem a pair of pants or at least fix the hem on a pair of pants for Thursday.  I hope to do a few other things as well.  Come back in a bit and find out what I get up to.  Until tomorrow….

I can't decide on which one I like the best. Guess that means they are both excellent!

Thank you! I'm still thinking about different tweaks, but I prefer the top version for now.

Thanks for commenting.

Of the two layouts you show here, I like the top version, too. Couldn't say why, I just like the way it looks.

Suits is on Netflix now and I'm thinking about watching it, if only for the eye-candy!

Yay! I'm glad. Last time no one agreed with me! I've been putting part of it together tonight. It looks really good, but I could be biased!

I love Suits. The character of Louis Litt is really interesting...I think I like him a bit more than the two main guys....I think we're on season 3 or 4 here....I hope you enjoy it!

Thanks for visiting :-)

Interested in how you are getting "Suits" - sent from "home" or is it being broadcast in Japan? Over the years I've lived there off and on, lots of American television has been shown, but often after it was off the air in the States or it was months behind. As we never had cable television, I suppose that's changed some. The wife (Japanese) loves "Suits." I find it over the top and insufferable. There is only so much belief that can be suspended.

Suits is being broadcast on two of the Broadcast Satellite channels that we (my husband and I) get in Japan. One of them is a free channel, but again, on the BS system. It's been on for a year or so now. I think we're on season 4 on WOWOW, the pay TV system.

I quite like it. It isn't my favourite show by far, but I like the actors, the "filmed in Toronto" bit of it with well known Canadian actors popping up from time to time and some of the characters. I wouldn't stay home to watch it, but I would set my DVR for it!
