They cost a fortune to send!

I found some this year at the office supply store that I buy my postcards at. They were all Japanese designs and fairly reasonable, and all were marked as being under 20 grams.

Isn't it great about the post office? I saw the blurb about it on the Postcrossing Facebook page. I wanted to print it out for my local post office!Helenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00476943539943172099noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20006571.post-48431037930005153952013-12-07T08:55:10.427+09:002013-12-07T08:55:10.427+09:00I got my cards from Costco this year. I should have weighed them first because I had a bunch of family photos reprinted to enclose, but if I did, the postage would more than double to 260 yen, so I ended up not using them after all. The Costco cards are quite large but since they are under 25 grams, you can send them for 110 yen if you write Greeting Card on the envelope. Looking at the PO website, I see they can actually be thick as well. Good to know for next year. http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/greeting/first/index.html

I was also surprised to see that the PO is endorsing postcrossing! http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/ems/greeting/cross/Crafty Tokyo Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15288479019602654250noreply@blogger.com
