Tuesday - Snowy and colder

I woke up this morning at 8 am, went downstairs and then came back up. I watched the news and then took a little nap. I got up a bit later, went downstairs and then came back up with my breakfast. I watched Fleabag and then moved on to do some other stuff in the room.

I had a quiet day today, but I packed my suitcase finally, swept the floor outside our room, and did a little crochet too. I didn’t see or hear K much during the day. It was disappointing as she was up quite a bit yesterday. 

I went downstairs around 5:30 or so to start dinner. I made curry for all of us. F works tomorrow and so he can just reheat it after work to feed him and his mother. It took a while, but everything went well, and I had dinner on the table a little after 7 pm. 

It was good tonight and F and I both had seconds. I didn’t have more rice though. In a surprising turn of events, F did the dishes tonight and I dried them. It did make a nice change, but I missed listening to my podcasts! LOL. After I finished, I did up the garbage in the corner basket and the drain. Tomorrow isn’t garbage day for that kind of stuff, so I’ll have to make it easy for F to do it. I hope he does it!! 

After dinner, F and I went out. He needed to pick up a few things for dinner tomorrow and I wanted to grab something for my breakfast on the bus. We went to the grocery store first, F got his stuff and then we left. We went to a convenience store near the house and I picked up a couple of onigiri for tomorrow’s breakfast/lunch. 

We came back to the house. I took a shower and did a little bit of last minute laundry. I washed the clothes I wear to cook dinner in. 

I watched Prodigal Son, but didn’t watch The Walking Dead, which has restarted tonight. I will watch it when I get back, hopefully.

And that’s it for today. I’ll be gone for three nights, but if I’m tired on Saturday night when I get back I might skip. Don’t miss me too much!
