Thursday - No idea, Didn’t Go Out
I slept in again this morning, but it was lovely. I got up quite late and went downstairs. I did a couple of loads of laundry today and hung it up in the room.
I had breakfast and then relaxed a bit. F spent most of the day downstairs so I hardly saw him! I had lunch a bit late and even opened up the nut butter that I have been saving for ages. I even was nice enough to make F a piece of nut butter toast too. I brought my lunch upstairs and ate it. I watched an Agatha Christie that I’d caught part of around Christmas. That was rather nice.
Around 6 pm F came upstairs and said that his mother would like to eat soon. Yeah, me too! I guess that meant that I had to go downstairs and cook. Or sort of cook. Tonight I did another boil-in-bag thing, chukka-don. F and his mother liked it, I didn’t. Oh well. Free food, can’t complain. I served that with a bit of salad too.
I got to do the dishes afterwards too. I did listen to my podcasts and had a blast listening to Kermode and Mayo’s Film Review. Sometimes it is so funny.
I went upstairs and relaxed for a bit. F came upstairs a bit later and went to bed. He’s still sick, poor thing.
I watched The Rookie at 11:00pm and then turned off the TV. I tried my craft project again but didn’t get very far. Then I had a quiet rest of the night.
I’m not sure what I’m going to get up to tomorrow. I hope it is more fun than what I’ve been up to lately!
