Sunday - Cold and snowy

I woke up early and went downstairs, then came back and went to sleep again. F woke me up but it was okay, I went back to sleep afterwards. 

I woke up before 10 this morning and decided to get up. I thought I should probably have an earlier breakfast than yesterday.

I had breakfast and then had a bit of a relaxing morning. I tried and did take a bit of a nap this afternoon. I ate my lunch at my usual time and then went outside and shovelled snow again. There is just so much out there. I really didn’t shovel anything new today. I re-cleared the path that I made last night and also cleared a little more in front of the house. I gave up when it started to snow with those pesky little balls of snow.

Just a quick look at snow. The black things are F's spare tires. 

F and I discussed dinner and we decided to use up the rest of the curry. F said that he and his mother would have it on rice, I wanted mine on pasta. I went downstairs around 6:30 and heated up the curry and also took a blueberry muffin out of the freezer. I made my pasta in my microwave pasta maker. It took longer than expected but was okay in the end.

F came down and put some of the food his sister dropped off for us on plates. I had started setting the table and also had put the heater on in the living room so that it was starting to get warm in there. 

I put the curry in the bowls and F took them out to the table. We got K up and had dinner. She did fairly well tonight and ate most of the food we gave her. She happily took one-third of the muffin and ate that too. 

After dinner, K went back to bed and F and I did the dishes. He washed and I dried so they got done quickly.

I attended a meeting online tonight. It was quite fun. I got to talk to a couple of people that I have hardly ever spoken to and we even did a bit of chatting about air fryers!

When it hit 10:30 I’m afraid I decided to leave the meeting. I was getting a bit tired and I worried that F might be getting annoyed hearing me.  He didn’t say anything though. 

We’ve had a quiet evening. I’m getting tired, so I’ll go to bed really soon. I’m not sure what we’ll get up to tomorrow.
