Yesterday was a nice day. It was more low key than usual so I got to enjoy myself quite a bit.
In the morning Van did a workout downstairs so Zach and I watched Cars. It was fun. I'd missed it before in Japan because of the dubbing. I didn't even get dressed until the afternoon I think!
I called about my glasses which were apparently not ready. I called one of my friends that I'm meeting on Saturday to set up a time and a place, and we had a gabfest on the phone. We haven't talked to each other in a very long time, so it was a fun conversation.
We picked Kate up after school and then came back to the house. I decided to go out and do a little shopping while Kate was at her dance class. So, Van dropped me off at Millwoods Town Center again.
I looked at a bunch of stuff, and ended up buying lots of socks and undies, and 3 casual t-shirts.
Joe and Kate picked me up and brought me home. Van had made dinner and it was very good. It was a chicken pot pie. Very yummy. She also told me that the glasses place had called when we were out and they were ready after all.
In the evening I played phone tag with a friend in the south part of Alberta and phoned Michelle to make plans for Saturday.
I did laundry and watched a little TV, but fell asleep on the TV. I was really trying to stay awake, but couldn't.
That was my day. Today, I'm not sure yet. Got to go.
