Saturday - Sunny and warm

It’s late and I’m tired, so I’ll skim over this quite quickly.

F and I had lunch in a vegetarian restaurant today and it was great. I loved it, F wasn’t so sure. It was a tad expensive, but as I told him, vegetables are expensive!

We drove around the Haguro area after lunch and visited Matsugaoka which was a bust as most things were still closed and then went to Gyoksenji Temple which was also a bust as it was due to close 20 minutes after we arrived, so we decided to wait for another time.

We came back to Tsuruoka and had coffee in Komeda Coffee, then picked up bentos for the family at MaxValu. I got one with chicken and it was okay. 

After dinner and the dishes, F and I headed over to the mall. We did a little window shopping…I have a friend who needs a present…and then had a drink in Doutor. 

Then, it was off to the movie. We went to see Green Book. It was okay, I thought the performances were very good, but the movie overall didn’t float my boat.  F liked it a lot though.

We came back to the house and relaxed. F set up bread for the morning and I’m still up. I took a shower so I’m a bit behind. However, it is now 4 am so I had better get some sleep.  Come back later and see what I get up to. Until tomorrow….
