Tuesday - Sunny and warmer

I went to bed at my usual time last night and then when my alarm went off this morning, got up fairly soon afterwards. I did my usual going downstairs and then watching the news from the bed. 

I did snooze quite a bit this morning but dragged myself downstairs to pick up my breakfast. 

I had another quiet day today. I watched some YouTube and later a TV show off the DVR. I didn’t watch any Fire Stick Stuff today at all. Oh, dear. 

F did pop in for a few minutes today, but he really was only here for ten minutes or so. I wasn’t sure why he bothered honestly!

When F called after 5:30 I went downstairs and got started on dinner. I was doing pancakes tonight. I had made coffee last night, so we had decaf iced coffee and pancakes. Sadly, F did his thing where he went upstairs and was hard to get down. I yelled to him to come but he didn’t hear me. I had to telephone him to get him to come down, and he didn’t. It took forever for him to come down. All the food was on the table and K was just sitting there. I was still cooking so I wanted F to help K. 

It all worked out in the end and most of the pancakes were eaten, so yay. There were pancakes, salad, bacon, and fruit salad. I think we all had iced coffee too. 

I cleaned up afterwards and then F and I went to the grocery store. It was very annoying, to be honest. F had no interest in any food at all. If I asked his opinion about anything he said he didn’t care. Argh! I ended up getting some ginger pork chops and some chicken. We won’t have both on the same night. I’m not really sure what veggies I’ll serve since I didn’t buy any. F was being unhelpful again. 

We went to a drugstore near the grocery store for F and we ended up getting a few other things too. As we got back in the car to come back to the house, F noticed he needed gas. We went over to the gas station and F filled up his car.

We drove back to the house and I put the groceries away. I was having one of those slippery days where I couldn’t keep things in my hands. The fridge door banged into the door and F wasn’t too happy with me. Sigh. 

I didn’t shower tonight, we got back a bit before eleven and I wanted to watch my show, so I did! Tonight I did a couple of rounds of my basket. It is getting quite big, I really should post another picture of it. I’ll try and take one tomorrow.

And….that’s about it. It was a decent day, just quiet and then a bit frustrating at the end. Come back later if you like and hear all about my day. Until tomorrow….
