Wednesday - Overcast and cool, bit of rain

I woke up this morning when my alarm went off. I didn’t wake up when F left and I didn’t wake up early. Yay. I got up, went downstairs and came back upstairs and got dressed. I did my usual watching news from the bed and it was pretty good. I did take a little snooze too.  It was that kind of day. I grabbed my breakfast, ate and then got sleepy again. 

I went to take a nap, but before I did, I decided to text F to see how he was. He didn’t feel great, but I think he was glad that I contacted him.  I put my head down to take a nap and a few minutes later F called to say he was going to come and visit.

F came back to the house for a little while. He had to wait while the person he was driving was in a meeting. He relaxed for a bit and I gave him some hot water to make coffee for himself. I grabbed my lunch and a little later F had to go again.

I watched a bit of Bake-Off and then the news. I went downstairs a little before 6 and F came back to the house a few minutes later. 

Tonight I made spicy chicken fingers, hash browns, salad, celery pickles, and beets. It was actually quite nice! Oh, and asparagus spears…

I did the dishes afterwards and listened to a podcast and then a bit of a book. I decided it was time to listen to a book again. 

When I finished I did up the garbage. F very nicely did the garbage upstairs and brought it down. He took it all out to the gomi station for me. I had planned to do it for him, but he beat me to it!

I came upstairs and relaxed for a bit and then took a shower. I came upstairs afterwards and watched Grey’s Anatomy. It was a good one where Addison Montgomery came back. Yay! I don’t know how long she’ll stay around.

F took a shower and then basically went to bed. He is having a rough time with the weather becoming more humid. Various parts are hurting at the moment, which makes it hard for him to get comfortable. 

And…that’s about it for my day. I’m not sure what I’m going to get up to tomorrow. I should do some laundry, but after that, I don’t know! Come back later if you like and hear all about my day. Until tomorrow….
