Tuesday - Warmish and sunny
I woke up this morning when my alarm went off. I had woke up before I think, but I went back to sleep. I didn’t hear F leave this morning.
I went downstairs and after a minute or two came back to the room. I got my clothes ready for later and went back to bed. I watched a few videos before I fell asleep again and didn’t wake up for a while. Oh well.
I had a quiet morning and afternoon. I went downstairs to get my breakfast and brought it upstairs. I had planned to do laundry, but put it off and then sorted it all out in a hurry. I was taking it downstairs when I realized that K was doing her laundry. No problem, it was my fault for wasting so much time. There’s always tomorrow.
I had my lunch and watched an episode of So Help Me Todd. It was cute and I enjoyed it. I watched the news afterwards and then turned off the TV for some YouTube.
F called after 5:15 to say he was on his way back. I went downstairs to start dinner. F arrived and was sitting in the living room with his mother when I remembered that I hadn’t asked him to make rice for dinner. Oops. He quickly set up the rice cooker for us and I got back to cooking.
Tonight we had toaster oven chicken, rice, salad, potato salad, mini-tomatoes for K and F and a basil pancake (like an onion cake but with basil instead). Dinner was quite good and most of the food disappeared.
I did the dishes and listened to my podcasts. When I finished, I said goodnight to K and went upstairs. I took a can of root beer with me and some ice and enjoyed that at my desk. It was good, but I froze myself! I’ve felt cold for the rest of the night.
I watched FBI: Most Wanted tonight and it was fine. I’m still not sure about that show. It’s okay, but not great. I think I liked it better before. I did a bit of knitting and a bit of crochet too. Yay for me.
And that’s about it. F has finally taken himself off to bed. I hope he won’t be too tired tomorrow. I’ll probably do my laundry tomorrow and of course I’m cooking dinner again.
