Thursday - Rainy and cold

I woke up this morning around 7:30. I went downstairs and F was still here! He needed the washroom so I told him to hurry! He left the house and I ended up back upstairs. It wasn’t raining in the morning so I had hope that the weather wouldn’t be as bad as the app said it would be. However, after my next sleep, when I checked the app it said it was raining and I could hear the rain outside. Sigh. I checked outside when I woke up next and it was absolutely pouring so I decided not to go to the movie today after all. The bus stop isn’t that far, but there isn’t a roof and then I’d still have to walk from the stop to the theatre. Oh well.

I dragged myself out of bed and dressed. I went downstairs and made my breakfast and then came back upstairs to eat it. I watched rather a lot of YouTube again.

I had a quiet afternoon. I went downstairs a couple of times but didn’t see K at all. Around 3 I went to make my lunch and brought that upstairs to eat. I decided to watch an episode of Bones today. It was from the first season, which is basically before I started watching the show. 

After F phoned me around 5:30 I got ready and went downstairs to get a start on dinner. Tonight was a fairly simple one. We had the premade burgers from the store with shoe-string fries, pasta salad with tuna, salad and broccoli. I also made some gravy from a packet. I think dinner was nice. Most of the food disappeared, but F had stomach problems after dinner. 

I washed the dishes and dried and put them away afterwards. I went upstairs and watched YouTube again and chilled out. I had a cup of cocoa and then went downstairs to take a shower. 

I came back upstairs and watched tonight’s episode of The Rookie. It was sort of a take on Speed, and had its moments. I like the characters, but I don’t always like the storylines. While I watched I did a couple of rows of crochet and a round and a half of my knitting. I think it’s a bit smaller this time than my last attempt at this hat.

Since midnight I’ve been watching YouTube and doing my end of day stuff. I’m done that and I’ll head off to bed soon. I could go to the cinema tomorrow if I drag myself out of bed, but I probably won’t. I’d like to, but the times aren’t that good for me.
