Monday - Warm and sunny
I managed to get to bed a little early last night. F didn’t wake up so that was a bonus. This morning I woke up after F had left, but an hour before my alarm went off. I got up, went downstairs and then came back to bed. I tried to watch a couple of videos on my phone but fell asleep on them and woke up hours later with the videos repeating away!
I dragged myself out of bed and dressed. I went downstairs and grabbed my breakfast and brought it upstairs. I ate and even did manage to work on my column a little bit. Yay me.
I had my lunch around 3:30 and watched an episode of Breaking Bad. I’m still ambivalent about the show so far.
F called at 5:30 and said he was on his way back. I went downstairs soon after his call and got a start on dinner. Tonight I did ginger pork (pre-marinated by the store) and cucumber pickle and then some steamed spicy cabbage. We had that with rice and salad and it was quite popular.
I did the dishes afterwards and then did up the garbage bag for F to take out tomorrow. I said goodnight to K and then went upstairs. I chilled out with a bit of YouTube and then took a shower after 10:30. When I finished I came back upstairs and watched another episode of Evil. The show really can be evil at times. I have no idea what’s going down next!
When I came upstairs from my shower I asked F if we could get new batteries for the motion sensor light that we keep downstairs for K going to the washroom at night. She doesn’t use lights and we want her to be safe! Good guy that he is, he went downstairs and fixed it.
He went to bed after 11:30 or so and I turned off the TV a little after midnight. I watched some YouTube and got started on my end of day stuff. I’m having a bit of trouble with my iPhone at the moment. It doesn’t want to connect to charge up. That’s a bit of a problem.
Tomorrow I’ll have to work on my column again, but I’ll also have added laundry too. I need to get some done.
I’ll be on dinner duty again and I’ll also have to go out and buy groceries too.
