Saturday
Sunny and warm. Lovely day!
I dragged myself out of bed this morning and showered, then watched my show! Murder and mayhem at 10 in the morning. I am a bit strange aren't I?
Fumihiko and I went out for brunch to Gusto. I had chicken and it was rather nice. Then he dropped me off at my school.
I only had one class today, and it went well. We had a lot of fun as usual. After my student and her mother left I did a quick clean up and got Fumihiko to pick me up. We went home and I finished doing my packing up.
We drove to the bus station via a convenience store to get a bottle of water and a sandwich for me. It was the first time for me to use this bus station. It's just been built at near one of the restaurants we go to often. It's very nice. Fumihiko waited with me for my bus. It was a little late, about five minutes. Then when it arrived I was trying to get him to stop and kiss me goodbye, but he was too concerned about getting the driver to put my suitcase underneath the bus! Finally we each got what we wanted, and I got on the bus. I had a seat near the back. Fumihiko was trying to communicate with me through the window. He offered to drive the bus for me to Sendai, but then I said that maybe I should drive it instead. He signaled that he thought that was a very bad idea! Funny guy.
The bus ride was uneventful. I tried to nap, but I was listening to podcasts too, so didn't really. The podcasts were just too interesting.
When the bus arrived in Sendai, I took my suitcase and walked to my hotel. It was quite a way, but not too bad. I checked in, went to my room, sent Fumihiko a message and then went out again.
I hit a book store and got 3 books for myself. I finally got The Golden Compass: His Dark Materials, and two of the No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency books. Then, I went back to the station and visited the foreign foods store. After that I went downstairs and took myself to Aoba-Tei for some gyu-tan, Sendai's speciality. I had a lovely meal. I came back to the hotel after that. I popped out again to get some oolong tea.
Back at the hotel again, I watched a bit of TV, and a bit of Dexter on my computer. I took a bath and relaxed a bit. It was nice.
I'm now debating whether or not to go to bed soon or not. I know I should because I have to be up early. I think I will. So, I'll bid you all good night. Night!
