It's here!

I made a quick trip to the post office to pick up a special envelope today. I was working yesterday and couldn't get it then. I showed my ID, signed my name, and grabbed my envelope. I couldn't even wait until I was out of the post office to open it! What is it?

.......

It's a bespoke iPod case that I ordered from the lovely and talented Mee a Bee. I had the idea early this month and contacted her about it. Less than 2 weeks later, I have it in my hands (or on the chesterfield as you can see in the picture!)

It's lightly padded to provide protection, has a carrying handle that can be hooked around my handbag and an inside pocket with a velcro fastener, to keep everything in it's place. It's made from an interesting material too! I'm not "cutesy" person, but the bats provide a nice touch of whimsy. Please contact Mee a Bee if you're interested in one too, or visit her blog Blooming in Japan. (It's listed on the right hand side of this blog.)

Thanks Mee a Bee. I'm going to enjoy using this!

It's a lovely bag, almost as nice as Mee a Bee is, but not quite. I like bats too.
