March 9, 2009 - Monday

Cloudy, but not rainy. Cool weather.

I slept in today. I slept in rather later than usual. I knew that the news wasn't on because I had gotten up and checked the newspaper, so I stayed in bed for a glorious extra hour. I was having weird dreams all that time though. Can't remember them now, but unusual kinds of things.

Anyway, I got up and putzed around the apartment. I spent rather too much time on my computer as always, and rewatched Project Runway and Grey's Anatomy. Then, I watched the two CSI shows from the weekend too. They were okay. I'm not a big fan of Miami. I like some of the actors, but the whole "Everyone is out to get the Lab" storyline is kind of dumb. New York, now there's another story. There are so many gorgeous guys on that show. What do you mean, I'm married? I'm married, not dead!

I planned to go out to the post office and then to the mall for a coffee. I did the first one. I paid for my book order at the machine. I realized I wasn't feeling all that great and thought going home might be a good idea. It was.

Fumihiko came home a bit late tonight, after 7 pm. I was watching Alf. I remember liking that show when I was younger, now I wonder why. Alf was funny, it was the humans on the show that let him down.

We had a nice dinner at Cafe Framboise tonight. I had steak and Fumihiko had the special Japanese dinner. I think mine looked better! After the meal we did a very quick Yamaya trip for some mayonnaise. I'm not a big fan of Japanese style mayo. We only got one other thing there, some potato dish that we're going to have for dinner tomorrow.

We did a quick tour of MaxValu too. We got fish for tomorrow's dinner...thought it'd be nice with the potatoes, and a few other things. Nothing too special really.

We dropped off my new supplies at my school and I set the heater for tomorrow too. I have an early class tomorrow, so I'll be there most of the day.

We came home, spent a little time together and watched ER. It was a good one. SPOILER ALERT - for people in Japan--- Abby and Luka got married and something happened to Ray. The wedding was really nice, even though it was a surprise for Abby.

And that was that. Fumihiko and I had late night snacks, but not the same thing. I don't do ramen, I had crackers with pear flavoured cream cheese. Yum.
