Friday - Warmish and sunny

A good day. I managed to break the chain of me sleeping in this morning. I got up and stayed up. Yay.

During the day, I steamed a couple of chicken breasts for dinner. Nope, no pictures. I don’t know if the internet really needs any more raw chicken pictures, do you? I put them in the fridge to cool down.

I read a bunch of newspapers today too. I’ve been letting them slide, so I read today’s and skimmed through quite a few others.

In the later afternoon I decided to go out to to the mall. I took a quick shower and then headed out. I did a little window shopping, but didn’t buy anything. I went to Doutors and enjoyed their new No-Smoking atmosphere. So much nicer! I had an iced chai and read some more of my magazine.

I came home afterwards, arriving just at the same time as F. I welcomed him in and then he changed clothes. We headed out together, me with a suitcase. Our destination—his house.

HIs mother is out of town for a family wedding so it was my chance to go over there and get some of my stuff. Good grief, I had completely forgotten what I had over there. I had tons of cds, videos, pictures, clothes and jewellery. I tried to get the most important of the stuff for myself, but I still ended up with a full suitcase, and two extra boxes. Still, I’m very happy to have some of my stuff back.

We came home and I got dinner underway. We had chicken salad sandwiches with cold soup. It was really nice. There’s even a bit left for tomorrow if I want it.

In the evening we relaxed for a bit and I watched Glee and then Desperate Housewives. I watched that one by myself. I did a bit of crochet on the couch. I managed to do a couple of rows, but I had to take a bit back as the last time I crocheted I’d made a mistake. Sigh.

I’m now blogging and watching Supernatural. It’s quite a spooky show. I keep jumping at it!

Around 1 am this morning my cell phone earthquake alarm went off. It said that Fukushima got another earthquake and the TV said that we were due to get it too. I didn’t feel anything to be honest. The earthquake website said it was a level 1 here so I didn’t feel it.

Anyway, that’s it for me. Tomorrow I have a busy day of classes, so I need my brain and beauty sleep. Talk to you tomorrow night? Bye.
