Saturday - Sunny in the morning, rainy towards the evening.

A pretty good day. I woke up this morning, had a bit of a problem getting up, but finally did. I showered and then watched a bit of TV and did a bit of computer stuff while doing so.

F came home and took a bit of snooze before it was time to go. We drove off to Gusto for breakfast. It was fine, same as usual really.

I had a mostly good day at the school today. All of my students came on time and classes were great. I had a day where I wasn’t on autopilot. I never try to be, just sometimes I’m tired or something and it happens. My first student and I actually had a good conversation, which is pretty good considering she’s only 12. Her English is great, but it’s only recently that we’ve been able to move from textbook topics to real life things.
She was telling me about studying English at school and having to relearn the alphabet. She’s quite bored with her class at the moment.

My other students and I had good classes too. After the classes I finished my paperwork, did my dishes and called F early for a change! He came to pick me up and then remembered he hadn’t walked his dog tonight. He dropped me off at home and went to take care of the dog.

He picked me back up in a few minutes and we went to New York, New York for dinner. We both had the same main chicken dish, but I added pasta, F added rice. It was nice.

We came home via the grocery store for milk. At home, I suggested watching last week’s Heroes, so we did that. Surprisingly, F had recorded it correctly so we could watch it in English. Hurray for that.

After midnight we watched Top Gear which was really cool this week. They were in Vietnam and it looked like an amazing place to visit. We watched Heroes which was odd, but cool. Have to watch next week.

And that’s about it for my day. It was quite good. I’ll talk to you later. Night!
