Thursday - Cloudy and muggy, rainy at night

An okay day.

F came back to the apartment this morning, just as my alarm started to ring. It quite scared me, but there was nothing I could do about it! He’d forgotten his cell phone. He left and I got up.

I was tired, but stayed up all day. Yay me. I had a quiet morning and afternoon. I was in a strange mood and didn’t even watch much TV for a change. F came home again for a brief visit. I was less happy to see him this time, but whatever. Twice in one day is a bit much to skive off work.

I had thought about getting my hair cut, but decided to have lunch and then see how I felt. I ate and felt a bit better, but went to the drugstore instead. I went on a little journey. I stopped at the craft shop and drooled over the yarn, then visited the drugstore. After that, I biked back to McDonalds and had an iced tea and read some of my book. It was relaxing but noisy.

F called me while I was there and I told him I’d be home soon. I finished my tea, packed up my backpack again, and headed off. It was sprinkling, but nothing too serious.

At home, F was tired, so ended up taking a nap. I was a tad worried he’d pull another sleep through dinner thing like on Monday, but today when I cooked he did get up. We had a decent dinner of basil chicken, salad and celery and zucchini sticks.

I did the dishes as F was under the weather and busy. He did a lot of ironing tonight, plus he wasn’t feeling that great.

I finished my book. It’s the third in a series about a mechanic who can change herself into a coyote. It’s better than it sounds!

At 11 tonight I watched Royal Pains and worked on my crochet. I’m on the second row and it is frilling quite nicely now. Yay! I just hope I have enough yarn!

F went to bed a bit after midnight. It’s raining now and very humid. Urgh. I think this must be the longest I’ve gone without using the AC! Still, I’m sure it’s going to get worse before it gets better.

Anyway, I have to run. Talk to you all tomorrow night I think. Night!
