Monday - Sunny, but then rainy and cloudy in the evening

A good day. We both slept in a bit as we were up late last night. I took a shower, usual kinds of stuff.

We had lunch in S-Mall at the restaurant there, Patio. I’m not a huge fan, but I had my favourite dish there today, a tuna-mushroom pasta. It was nice. F tried a yakisoba dish that was huge. He liked it, but wasn’t over the moon. It was his suggestion for a restaurant. He was very distracted during our meal by a man who kept visiting the drink bar, even more than F. Apparently he would get a drink, drink it at the bar and then refill it before sitting down again.

We did a bit of shopping around the mall and then decided to go and see a movie. Originally we planned to see 127 Hours, but left it too late. We discovered that we were too early for Rise of the Planet of the Apes, so we left and did a little more shopping. Then, we had to do a quick run home for F’s medicine. We made it back to the movie in time. F bought the tickets, I bought the popcorn and drinks. We went to our seats, F carrying the stuff which he proceeded to upset at our seat. Luckily it was just some of the popcorn, and none of the drinks, but ack! He got a staff member to clean it up (I’m sure, knowing him that HE offered to do it) and they gave him more popcorn.

The movie was quite good. I liked the little nods they gave to the other movies, and seeing old Charlton Heston in another movie was cute too. I enjoyed it and thought it was well done. I was entertained basically!

After the movie we went to a drugstore and then to dinner. Tonight we went to Hirabokujo for tonkatsu. It was good. Then, we hit up the grocery store and bought a few things for tomorrow. I might cook tomorrow. It depends if I have to teach or not. Probably not teach.

We came home and had a quiet night at home. I watched a new detective show at 11, one with two women that seems interesting, and that was about it.

Tomorrow F is back to work. I have a few errands to run and things to do, so hopefully I’ll be able to do them. Wish me luck with it all! Night.
