Friday - snowy, but not too cold
A good day. I woke up this morning to my husband rummaging around in the kitchen. I asked him why he hadn’t left for work yet, and he said he was back from work. He had forgotten his cell phone and I managed to sleep all the way through him leaving and then coming back. He left again a few minutes later.
I had a quiet, semi busy day at home. I did some laundry and straightened out a few boxes in the spare room. I watched a bit of TV and in the afternoon I wrote 3 postcards for Postcrossing. Just before 5 I went out to the parking lot and shovelled out F’s parking space. There were a couple of inches of snow on the ground, but the good thing is that it was soft and fluffy. Easy to remove. Yay.
F called me when I was still outside to say he was coming home. I went inside and he returned a few minutes later. We talked about going to see the movie and he was up for it, so a few minutes later, we left our apartment and drove to the movie theatre. The roads were a bit snowy and traffic was slow.
We bought our tickets and then had dinner in the restaurant in the theatre building. F had ramen and I had a type of tonkatsu. It was good. After dinner, we went to the theatre. We went to see The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo tonight. We both loved it. I thought they did everything very well. I realise that due to time constraints they couldn’t put everything in the movie, but they got the most important stuff. There was one little detail about the end of the mystery that was changed, but I can’t talk about it as I don’t like spoiling things!
F drove me over to my school and I went in and set the heater for tomorrow. It was cold in there, under 8 degrees I’d say, so I’ll need a little extra time to heat things up. We came home afterwards and I did my couple of rows of crochet to The Good Wife again.
I watched a bit of TV and F went to bed. It was a good evening and I enjoyed myself. I hope tomorrow will be as good a day! Wish me luck. Oh, just a note, I am going on a trip starting Sunday morning early, so I may not be able to blog tomorrow night. I’ll try and be back on Monday night though. Night!

have u seen the original finnish version of girlw/dragon tattoo?
No, unfortunately, I haven't. It played over here, but it had Japanese subtitles, and as my Japanese is only mildly better than my Swedish, I didn't see it. I did try to pick up the dvds last time I was in Canada but couldn't find them.
