Thursday - Sunny
Good day.
I got up this morning reasonably early so that I could watch last week’s Shameless. It was quite funny/strange/odd, pretty much as usual. The show and the characters have really grown on me.
I had a quiet day at home. I made my own lunch today, an interesting mix of pasta, eggs, olive oil and last night’s leftovers. Yum. Also had half of the best avocado I’ve had in ages. It was perfectly ripe.
When F came home he was happy as he’d received two Postcrossing cards today. One was from Turkey, the other Russia. Yay him. He hasn’t got many for ages, and then he’s had 3 this week.
We went out for dinner to a Chinese place, but not his usual one, then ran a few errands. We went to the drugstore, the gas station and my school. The parking lot at my school is nearly cleared of snow. Hurray for that! There’s still a bit, but my parking space is completely clear.
We came home and watched a bit of TV in the evening. I watched the new Shameless and then a Brit-com. Basically it was a nice quiet night.
Today I wrote an actual letter! I haven’t done much of that for a while, but I had a person that I needed to thank and that was the best way.
Anyway, that’s it for me. Tomorrow I hope that I can go to the post office and maybe the bank. I’ll be back tomorrow. Will you? Night!
