Saturday - Sunny and warm

A good day.  I woke up this morning and F was still in bed. He was supposed to go to the doctor, but he didn’t until I told him he wouldn’t get any sympathy from me this week if he didn’t!

I slept a bit longer, then got up and took a shower. I got dressed and went through to the living room.  F was on the couch and after a while took a nap. He was really cold for a change so I let him snuggle under my blanket. It’s nearly long enough. He thought it was nice and warm. Yay.

We had a quick and cheerful brunch at Gusto, then F dropped me off at my school.  I got to work and made the school ready for my class.  My class was great and I think we both had fun today.

After class I did paperwork.  I brought my books up to the middle of last month, I did my daily paperwork, and I read the last two newspapers.  I even did the dishes at the school too.  I was quite busy.

I called F around 4:30 and he came for me.  We didn’t know what to do, so we mailed a couple of postcards for me and then decided to see if we could go to an early matinee.  We drove over to the theatre to see what time our show started and it was about 30 minutes later.  We decided to stay at the theatre and see the movie now, rather than coming back for the late show.  F gets a special rate these days so the price is the same no matter what time we see a show.

We went to see This Means War tonight. It was okay. I wouldn’t say it was a great movie. There was a scene or two where I laughed a lot, but overall it was a bit meh!  I think the Reese Witherspoon character ended up with the wrong guy and I’m not even sure why she ended up with him!

We had dinner at Cafe Frambois tonight.  F didn’t have the regular set menu, which really surprised me.  He had steak, and I had chicken.

We came home and watched some TV.  I watched quite a bit tonight, two CSI’s, Undercover Boss, Gossip Girl and Top Gear.  Top Gear had Ryan Reynolds on it and he was a genuine hoot.  I can say that as he’s Canadian, so make sure you read it with a Canadian accent!

F went to bed a few hours ago. I’m still up and not very tired at the moment. I know that will change though, so I really should get off to bed soon.  I have no idea what we will do tomorrow, so please tune in tomorrow night and find out.  Got to go.  Night.
