Saturday - Warm and sunny, lovely day
A good day.
This morning F went to the onsen with his mother and I stayed here to take care of some personal stuff. I got dressed and then I took K’s vacuum and did the staircase and then bits of the toilet room too. After that, I had my breakfast and did a few things on my computer.
F and K came back around 12. F and I talked for a while but weren’t too hungry right away. We went out to run a few errands. We visited F’s sister to deliver the baby blanket that I made. Her daughter was staying with her at the moment but was out when we visited. We couldn’t park near there so we parked quite far away and walked to the house. F got us lost twice and didn’t have his phone to Google Map it. After the second time, I told him that I would leave if he didn’t get it right! We had a nice visit with his sister and even held the baby.
For the rest of the afternoon, we had some drinks, some sushi, and did a little shopping at a 100 yen shop.
We came back to the house with something for K’s dinner and then after a bit left to go and see Battle of the Sexes. We really enjoyed it. I liked that it was about more than just tennis.
After the movie, we went to MaxValu and bought some food for our very late dinner! It was kind of fun in a way.
We came back to the room and it was so hot that we had to turn on the air conditioning. Now there is a storm raging outside. There is a typhoon passing by, hopefully, it’ll go through quickly and not cause too much damage.
Not sure what we’ll get up to tomorrow. A friend and her husband are coming to this area, but won’t be able to meet up until Monday. You’ll just have to come back later and see how my day goes. Until tomorrow….
