Monday - Rainy and overcast
Today was okay. F and I didn’t have an argument, which was a very nice thing for a change.
When we got up, he asked if I’d like to go to a Tsuruoka restaurant. It serves Japanese food, but it’s a nice place, so I said I would. He took care of his mother, and then we went off to eat.
We both had the small steak lunch and it was very nice. We had dessert and coffee to, so that was nice.
After lunch, it was raining, so we decided not to go back to the car just yet. We walked down the street under the street covers and went to the kitchen shop. I got some tea there. I got some a year or so ago and it was gorgeous, so this time I got two kinds!
We went back to the car and then did a bit of a shopping trip. We went to the electric shop and got a wifi booster and more ink for my printer, then we went to a nearby clothing shop to look for Christmas Present type stuff. After that, we headed to the mall for a drink.
We had a nice drink in Doutor and then went upstairs to check out the hundred yen shop. I got a few things and then we bought bentos in the grocery store. After that, we came back to the house.
F got the food ready and we put it out on the table and ate our bentos together. Afterwards, F actually did the dishes and I dried them.
He spent some time after dinner trying to get our wifi booster to work. We had a few mild disagreements about how to use it and where to put it, but nothing too serious!
Finally, I requested rather strongly that we table everything and we go out to the grocery shop to get something for dinner tomorrow night! We went to the grocery shop and had an okay time looking for food. Sometimes we argue about what to buy, but we didn’t tonight. Yay. I think it had something to do with me suggesting something in advance, and F agreeing with me.
We came back to the house, put away the groceries and then came upstairs. I watched some telly and F took a shower and used his computer.
That’s about it for today I think. If I have time I’d like to do a Postcrossing or two tomorrow and I have to get put a few things in my suitcase to keep them in good condition for my trip!
Have a good night and hopefully I’ll see you later on. Until tomorrow….
