Tuesday - Sunny and warm

I went to bed at my usual time last night, but woke up around 5 am. F wasn’t in bed. He’d gone downstairs and apparently couldn’t fall back asleep. I had turned on the light for him for when he came back to bed, but not the full lights, one of the dimmer settings. Next time I woke up he had left.

I got up this morning, got dressed and then watched the news and fell asleep towards the end of it. 

I got up finally, grabbed my breakfast and ate it. I watched a little YouTube and then got stuck into my lesson prep. Today’s class was already prepped, but I wanted to get a start on Thursdays. One was already done, I just needed to do the other one. I think it’ll go okay. I also did a little bit of ironing today. I wanted to freshen up my clothes for work. 

I went downstairs later on and saw K looking in the fridge. I remembered that I had made a bowl for her last night, so I asked her if she’d like it. She said yes, so I heated it up and gave it for her. I’m glad there was something for her to eat. 

I grabbed my lunch a bit later and then came upstairs to eat. I watched an episode of Songland which I enjoyed immensely.

I watched the news at 4 pm and after it was over, I started to get ready for work. I changed and then came down to wait for the taxi. I told K where I was  going and then the taxi was outside!

Class went quite well and the students were fun. That’s all you get about that!

F, wonder of wonders was waiting outside for me. We went to do a little grocery shopping first. I had hoped that I could maybe find a good bento, but they were sold out of everything I wanted. We got some groceries and then we headed out to Gusto for my dinner.

We stayed a little too long at Gusto but no big deal really. F had some fried chicken and drink bar and I had a burger with onion sauce on it plus a baguette. It came with soup and the drink bar too. It was okay but not great.

We came back to the house and relaxed. I watched Prodigal Son and it was quite good today.  The show is getting better I think. I also did about 4 rows of my blanket tonight too. Woot.

F went to bed fairly early and I’m still up, but will go back to bed quite soon. I’m off tomorrow and I have to decide if I’m going make mince stew or tacos for dinner tomorrow. Hmmm. I have no idea right now. Come back later if you like and hear what I decide. Until tomorrow….
