Monday - Clear and Sunny

I managed to get off the computer last night a little earlier than usual, so I was able to get a little more sleep than usual. I even woke up this morning before F’s alarm went off, but was able to roll over and go back to sleep. Woot.

I got up finally, went downstairs, then came back and watched the news. I probably did snooze a little bit, but it was nice. Downstairs was quiet, so I didn’t feel too bad. I got up and went downstairs to get my breakfast. Once in the kitchen, I remembered that I needed to bring down fresh towels and I needed to do a small load of laundry. 

I went back upstairs, got my stuff and started the washing machine. I grabbed breakfast and went upstairs again. 

When the laundry was ready I went downstairs and grabbed it, came back upstairs and hung it up. I had a quiet early afternoon. I watched a little YouTube and also caught up with some of the TV I had recorded from the weekend. 

I went downstairs for something and I saw K in the laundry area. She had my laundry detergent in her hands, lid off and she was upending it into the washing machine. I gasped and grabbed it back from her. I reminded her that she has powder detergent (and there was some left because I checked). She beetled off and I decided that I had better take my detergents off upstairs with me. And I did. 

I didn’t see that much of K for the rest of the day. She did come in the room while I was making my lunch and put her apron on a chair. She didn’t look at me. Okay then.

I went back upstairs and didn’t go down very much. I watched the news and I also went over one of my lesson plans to make sure I knew what I’d be doing! I went down to start dinner and things went well. Tonight I did toaster oven chicken, stir-fried broccolini, sautéed mushrooms with salad and rice for the other two. It actually was very nice!  I kept back some food and made K a plate for her lunch tomorrow. I’ve got work so I won’t be giving her food before I leave.

I had a fairly quiet evening. I watched some YouTube, a concert put on by my woman’s group, I took a shower, and came back and watched The Good Wife. I also did a bit of crochet today. I made a couple of Granny Squares so that I could start making Christmas ornaments soon. 

And that’s about it. Tomorrow I’m making dinner again, after work. Boo!
