Tuesday - Rainy and cool, then warmer in the afternoon
I woke up this morning, I went downstairs and then came back upstairs. I got dressed, set up my water pot and watched the news. I went back to bed and watched from there. I took a snooze and a few minutes later F came back to the house. He was looking for something. He left soon after.
I finished the news and then tried to snooze again. F came back! This time he brought ice cream, so I was happy to see him. He didn’t stay long. It was too early for ice cream, so I took it downstairs and grabbed my breakfast.
I had a quiet afternoon. I relaxed a bit too much and then grabbed my lunch. I brought it upstairs and watched another episode of Bake-Off. It was good of course. I don’t know if I’ll have time to watch it tomorrow or not.
I watched the news and then got started on another leaf. F called around half past and I went downstairs a little later to get started on dinner.
Tonight I made hamburgers in the air fryer and stir-fried vegetables. We also had some macaroni salad and a salad too. K and F had rice. Dinner was a little late but quite nice I think.
After dinner, I went into the kitchen and started the dishes. I listened to some podcasts and enjoyed them. The dishes took a long time. Before dinner, I had to clean the kitchen, and after dinner, I had to clean the air fryer. The hamburgers done in the air fryer were nice, but they did make a lot of mess.
I came upstairs after I finished and relaxed for a bit. I took a shower at 10 or thereabouts and then came back upstairs and watched FBI: International. I turned off the TV afterwards.
So, tomorrow I am meeting a friend for coffee when she finishes work. I haven’t seen her in ages, so I am looking forward to seeing her. I am also working on a crocheted leaf, it’s going well. It’s also a maple leaf so I’m feeling a tad patriotic!
That’s really it for today. Come back later if you like and hear all about my day. It might be the last update before I go off to my convention. I have an early start on Friday so I probably won’t update on Thursday night. Probably!

Are you going to make something with the crochet leaves?
Yes, but I'm not sure exactly what yet! I had thought about something for my hair, but my hair is really short so it might be hard to wear something in it, especially if it has a heavy attachment.
