Sunday - Cloudy at times, sunny at other times

I slept in this morning because I didn’t want to get up. We had no plans at all, so why not?  I did drag myself out of bed around 11am.  I had a cup of decaf and a little later F came upstairs and we talked about brunch. F actually had an idea today and it was a good one. He suggested the Daiichi Hotel’s restaurant.  I was good with that!

We drove over to the mall and went into the hotel section. There was a note outside the restaurant that said it was full, but we went in anyway. They were a bit busy, apparently, there was a bus tour there, but we were able to be seated. We both had their daily lunch which was Yurinchi today. That’s fried chicken with a vinegar-type sauce. It was okay. Not the best I’ve ever had, but honestly, it was quite nice. F didn’t stay on his phone for the entire lunch so we could even chat a bit!

After lunch, we just came back to the house. I was a tad bit disappointed, but we didn’t have anything that needed doing. F took a bit of a nap for a while, and I spent time on my computer. 

Around 5:30 or so F started asking about dinner. He suggested getting bentos. I said it was okay, but I didn’t really like the cheap place we sometimes order from. He suggested another place that I was okay with!  We checked out their menu online and then F called in an order.  We went to pick our food up a few minutes later. 

We came back to the house and F got K up for dinner. We ate and it was nice. My bento was katsu curry. The katsu was pork and the curry was beef. It was okay. Unfortunately, it wasn’t hot in temperature enough for me. I probably should have zapped it for a few seconds.  

I did the few dishes that there were and then went upstairs. F and K stayed downstairs.  I watched a couple of shows on the Fire Stick tonight, Transparent and something else that escapes me at the moment. 

F came upstairs and a little later I went downstairs to take a shower. That being done, I came back upstairs and watched a lot of YouTube!

And that is about it for my day. I’m thinking about next weekend and how much of it will be over a week today and I feel really sad. It’s quite stupid because I haven’t gone yet!

Oh, cold update…I feel better today. I didn’t take any medicine today. My nose didn’t run and I didn’t feel drained or sick like I did yesterday. 

So that’s it for me for today. F has a massage booked for tomorrow afternoon, so we’ll hopefully go and have lunch before he goes. I’ll likely spend time in S-Mall which is okay. It’s a bit boring in there, but I like getting out of the house.
