Monday - Sunny and clear, rainy at night
I woke up this morning when my alarm went off. I hadn’t set it for early, but I was still surprised when it went off. I went downstairs, came back and got dressed and then I did the snooze and watch the news thing. I had thought about joining an online meeting, but I didn’t.
I grabbed my breakfast and came upstairs to eat. I watched some YouTube and relaxed a bit. I worked on a Christmas ornament that I might keep for myself, but I’m not sure.
I went and grabbed my lunch and brought it upstairs and ate. It was nice. I had forgotten that I had put my salad in my pocket along with the dressing, so I had that after lunch! I watched The Walking Dead episode from 2 weeks ago and it was fantastic. I watched an episode of Bake-Off and then the news.
I went downstairs to start dinner. F called a few minutes later to say he was on his way. Tonight I did a fairly low stress meal. We had toaster oven chicken, sautéed mushrooms, salad and guacamole and chips. The avocados in the fridge had to be used today.
Dinner was quite good. After we ate, I did the dishes and listened to a couple of podcasts. I enjoyed them.
I finished before 9 today so I went upstairs and relaxed. I had a bit of trouble with my computer tonight. Poor thing is getting a bit old I think. After 10 pm I took a shower and then came back upstairs. I watched an episode of Shakespeare and Hathaway tonight. It was fun. I haven’t quite got the feel of the show yet.
And that’s about it for me. Tomorrow night, F and I are going out for dinner to celebrate his birthday. His birthday is on Wednesday so I’m not sure what we’re going to do then. There is a small chance that F and I will go out after our dinner tomorrow night. It depends on how tired he is and how he feels I think. If we go out later, I probably won’t update, so please don’t worry.
