Thursday - Sunny and warm
I got up this morning when my alarm went off. I got up and did my usual morning things. I did snooze a little but roused myself a little earlier than yesterday. I did a load of laundry and hung it up. Yay me.
My afternoon was quiet. I worked on my ornament and over the day I finished it. Woot. I watched the news and later in the day an episode of Great British Bake-Off. I loved that one!
I hadn’t heard from F by 5:45 so I went downstairs to get a start on dinner. Tonight I did another veggie roast and at the end put some sausages on top. That worked really well tonight. We had roasted sweet potatoes and a regular potato, plus some mushrooms near the end. I reheated some food in the air fryer too and put that on the table.
A lot of food got eaten…F did make it back around 6:40 or so…I had dinner on the table a little after 7 I think. Well, maybe a lot after 7? Afterwards, I did the dishes and put them away.
I went upstairs and had a quiet evening really. I tried to watch the last episode of Bad Sisters, but it wasn’t working tonight. I got the voice, but not the picture. Sigh. I really wanted to watch it tonight. Instead, I watched an episode of The Tick. It was fun.
Tonight was a fairly quiet night, but it was okay. Tomorrow I’m not sure what I’ll get up to! F is off work but has an appointment in the morning. Hopefully, we can do something in the afternoon. Come back later to read what happens. Until tomorrow….
