Wednesday - Sunny and warmish

I woke up when my alarm went off but didn’t get up right away. I did get up a bit later and got dressed. A bit after 11am I went downstairs to the kitchen and put my stew together. I finally got everything into the slow cooker and then I went back upstairs for a while.

A little before 3 pm I came back downstairs and grabbed my lunch. I had my usual sandwiches and salad and it was nice. Of course, I watched an episode of Fringe while I ate. It’s really good right now!

F called me after he finished work to say he was on the way back. I spent a little bit too long upstairs and he returned before I went downstairs. However, I had already done most of my prep anyway, so it wasn’t like I was late. 

I went downstairs, put the salad together, and thought about how to serve the stew and after a while, I just sat down and relaxed. I got everything on the table around 7 pm and a few minutes later we sat down to eat. F and I both had seconds and I was surprised that F wanted a lot of seconds! Recently he never has more food! The stew turned out very well. I had half-hoped that we could eat it for dinner tomorrow night too, but there just isn’t enough left! I set aside a bowl of stew for K’s lunch and my lunch too, but that was it! It’s a little funny, and a little sad too. 

I did the dishes after dinner, then did up the garbage for F to take out later. I had space in the garbage bag for a change so I threw out a couple of pairs of shoes of mine. One was a pair that I don’t like (cheap plastic sandals) and another was a pair that was just too big and I haven’t put on my feet for years…probably 5 or 6 years. Yay me. I’ve been meaning to do that for ages.

I went upstairs and relaxed for a while, watched a little YouTube and then I went downstairs and took a shower.  When I finished I came back upstairs and watched Monday’s Project Runway episode. Today they had to make uniforms for a crew on a boat that’s on a TV show? I don’t know. I’ve never seen the show before. It was quite good, and I think the right person was sent home, even though I liked her!

That’s about it for my day. I have no big plans for tomorrow. Maybe laundry since I haven’t done any yet and I need some clean clothes soon!
