Sunday - Rainy and cloudy and cooler
I slept in quite late this morning and that was very nice. F got up quite early but happily didn’t use his alarm clock this morning. He went downstairs to feed his mother I assume.
I got up, got dressed, went back for another snooze and then went on my computer and watched YouTube for a while. Around 2 pm F came back into the room and made to lie down on the bed. I went over to him and asked him to take me somewhere so I could eat. He wasn’t too gracious but did say he would.
I got him to take me to Gusto and I went in. Before I went in, I asked F if I should call him or text him when I was done so he could pick me up. He said that he’d wait in the parking lot for me. Okay then.
I went inside, got a table, looked at the menu and then ordered. I had a hamburger with onion sauce, a baguette and a small order of fries. I added on the drink bar too. Lunch was quite nice. I wouldn’t say that it was the best I’ve ever had, but I didn’t have to make it myself or clean up afterwards, so that was nice!
When I finished, I paid and went outside. F was there. We drove back to the house. I came upstairs and to be honest, I took a long nap after that. I was fatigued. F took a nap for a while too, but got up and went downstairs after a bit.
I got myself up and spent more time on my computer. Around 7 pm he came upstairs and asked me if I’d like to go for dinner. I said I would. We talked a bit about where we’d like to go and I checked on his stomach condition. He wasn’t feeling great, so nothing meat-heavy would work. I suggested sushi or going to Nagomi, a Japanese-style restaurant we both like. He picked Nagomi so we went downstairs and left the house.
We were able to get into the restaurant, in fact, we were the only people there! The woman who runs the restaurant turned on the TV for us (Not really for me since my back was to it the whole time.) F ordered a keisen-don and I ordered their nabe-udon. I figured that I wouldn’t be able to have it for much longer since nabe season will be over soon. The nabe was great. It was super hot of course, but really delicious. F was happy with his keisen-don too.

We paid and left. I suggested going to the grocery store near the restaurant. We don’t go there often, but I like it more than some of the other stores.
I went in and bought some groceries. I hope I managed to get enough food for the next two days. I’m not completely sure that I’m going to cook for both days. I want to make a trip to the mall to see the movie I didn’t get to see this weekend. I asked F if he’d pick me up on Monday at the mall but he said that he didn’t know if he’d have to work late or not.
We came back to the house and I went into the house first and put away the groceries. I brought the stuff for F and K upstairs too.
I had a couple of hours free so I turned on the TV and watched a couple of shows. I watched another episode of Slow Horses and then one of Fringe. I’m at a really cracking point in both shows. I really was tempted to watch two episodes of Slow Horses since it was really exciting too.
And that’s about it for my day. I didn’t run off, although I am sorely tempted to do so. I think I need to plan something for myself soonish!
