Monday - Rainy and humid
I woke up before my alarm this morning. I made a trip downstairs and then basically went back to bed! I slept on for a while. I put a spare pillow under my pillow and the higher pillow made it easier to sleep. Yay!
I woke up later and got dressed. Then, I did some laundry! Woot. I did some unmentionables, and then I did towels. They are now hanging all over my bedroom!
I had a quiet day, I didn’t watch any TV today, except for the news programmes. I was a bit late going down to get lunch, but I finally did and I ate. I watched an awful lot of YouTube today.
F called to say he was on his way back, so I went downstairs and started to work on dinner. I didn’t get far and then F came back. I asked him to make some rice, so he did that. Of course, he was in my way for ages while he did that!
Tonight I made green beans again, salad, cucumber pickle stuff and finally some yuzu-kosho-flavoured chicken. It turned out well, but it was rather late. I left the chicken a bit long, I should have done it in the middle. Oh well.
Still, dinner got good reviews when it was over and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I made a plate for K’s lunch and kept some for mine lunch too.
I did the dishes and it was after nine when I was done. I went upstairs when I was done and relaxed for a while. I took a shower after 10:30 and that was a good thing. Today in the kitchen I got so sweaty I had to go upstairs and grab a towel! Yuck.
When I returned, it was too late to watch something off streaming, so it was YouTube again. F went to bed, and as usual, I’m still up! But only for a little while longer.
Tomorrow is going to be unusual. F is off to the hospital in the morning, so I’m not sure. I am feeling much better today, so I don’t think I need to go to the doctor.
I’m not sure what we’ll get up to tomorrow…you’ll just have to come back and find out! Until tomorrow….
