Monday - Snowy early on, Sunny later.

I got up early this morning. Well, early for me! I woke up at 7:30 this morning. I went downstairs, returned to the room and went back to bed. I snoozed for a while, and went downstairs again around 10:30. I filled up the kerosene tank and went upstairs again. I put the tank in the heater, turned it on low and then went back to snooze a little longer. I dragged myself up an hour later and went outside in the sun to shovel a little bit of snow and enjoy the sun. 

When I came back inside I made my breakfast and took it upstairs to eat while I watched the news. I sorted my laundry and then took a load downstairs to wash. I hung it up when it was done and then went down again to grab my lunch.

When I came back to the room I was going to watch The Walking Dead, but decided I’d rather not today. Instead, I watched Major Crimes and enjoyed that.

F popped in just before 5 pm to pick up his phone cord. He said his phone’s battery had died. He grabbed the cord and left. 

I went downstairs to start dinner a little late. It was just before 6pm. Tonight I did a fish stir-fry from a kit from the store. I served that with potato salad, rice, salad, kimchi and a basil onion cake kind of thing. It was all very good. K even said it was good and she hasn’t said much to me in ages!

F was a bit late tonight, he’d got off work late and he stopped to buy a few groceries. 

After dinner, I washed the dishes and there weren’t that many for a change. It was great. I got done quickly and then went upstairs to relax. I watched a bit of YouTube and a bit later I went downstairs to take a shower. 

When I came back up to the room and decided to watch something on the Fire Disk. Tonight I decided to watch The Great British Sewing Bee. I watched the end of season five, the final. It was great and I think the right person won. 

And that’s about it for today.

Tomorrow is a national holiday and we don’t really have plans for it. F is supposed to cook dinner, we’ll probably have to buy food for the next couple of days. I asked if we could go out to the big mall as well as I’d like to have a shirt tailored for me. I just need the sleeves fixed. I have no idea if we’ll go to the mall though.
