 Sunday - Cloudy but hot

I went to bed rather late last night, but so what. It was Saturday night! I didn’t want to get up this morning, but I had to finally! Surprisingly, F had a suggestion for a lunch place again. He wanted to go to his favourite fish restaurant. They didn’t have the usual lunch special because it was the weekend, but when we went there, they asked us to come back in 30 minutes. We said okay, and they took F’s phone number so they could phone him. 

We went off to the nearby Daiso again and bought a few things. F needed to get labels to go on K’s clothes for when she’s in the short term stay. We found a few things and then F got a call from the restaurant. We paid for the stuff and then rushed back to the restaurant. 

We had a nice meal there. I had a tuna katsu. It was good, but I have weird texture issues. The inside of the katsu was cold and the outside was hot and crispy. It was a bit weird. It was good but not great. F had a tekka-don, or tuna on a rice bowl. We were both happy with our meals.

After lunch we went to a drugstore and I bought a few things. After that, we came back to the house. F did the labelling. I did offer to help, but F said no. Instead, I relaxed upstairs. That was quite nice for a Sunday afternoon.

Around 5 pm F suggested going out to get groceries. We picked up a few at Mina. I’m not going to be cooking much over the next few days. 

After 5 pm, I texted my sister to see if she had arrived and when I was in the store I got a reply. She was in the airport and was waiting for her bags. That’s the last I heard! 

F and I came back to the house. I gave K a bento for her dinner and then I went upstairs. F took a shower and a little later left the house. He went to have a massage. His shoulder was bothering him today. Sadly, it wasn’t a great massage and he was in a lot of pain afterwards.

When he came back, we went out for our dinner. I suggested Gusto and that’s where we went. I couldn’t stomach rice for another meal, so I didn’t have any! Tonight I had a burger and shared a plate of fries with F. The burger was good and the fries were okay too! We both had drink bar and we surprisingly both enjoyed our meal. I was surprised that F enjoyed his meal! Usually he hates Gusto. 

We came back to the house after our meal. I took a shower and then watched the first episode of Murderbot. I quite enjoyed it and will watch more. I’ve heard a lot about Murderbot but I haven’t read the books. Maybe I’ll try and find them later.

And that’s about it for my day. I’ll be taking the next few days off blogging so DON’T miss me too much. I’ll be back later in the week.
