Thursday - warm and sunny.
A good day. I woke up this morning when my alarm went off and I thought about all of the “stuff” I had to do. I got up fairly quickly after that.
Today I finished packing my suitcase (I hope) and did a lot of little things that were necessary for me like cleaning out my purse and making sure that my Swiss Army Card wasn’t in my handbag.
For lunch today, I made a super omelette. I had the leftover zucchini from last night stir-fried and then cooked in an omelette with some avocado and cheese. Yum. It was really good.
I tried to make a little headpiece to go with the theme of our big Saturday party, but I didn’t have enough time and decided not to do it. No big deal. I think I can make little spit-curls in my hair and that’ll look fairly authentic.
When F came home he had a nap and I worked on my computer for a bit. I also made a cd for a friend.
We went out to Grado for dinner and had a nice time. The food was quite good, a combo of chicken and fish. We came home afterwards and I finished my suitcase up. I have one thing to pack in tomorrow and then I’m done. I hope!
I watched Royal Pains tonight. It was another one with Henry Winkler on it and there was quite a “MacGyver” feel about it. Then I remembered that Henry Winkler was a producer on MacGyver. Hmmm. Coincidence? I think not!
Anyway, that’s it for me. I’m out of here. I’ll be back on Sunday night, will hopefully update then, but if not I’m sure you’ll see me on Monday. Night!
