Tuesday - Sunny but cool.
Today was an okay day. I woke up rather late, truth be told, but didn’t care much. I finally got up, and showered.
I did a touch more laundry today, plus I also went out and swept the apartment building’s lobby. Last time for a while. Woot.
After watching too much TV I headed off to work. I made a stop at the drug store for more preventing cold stuff. Just as I was paying for everything, my phone started ringing. It was my husband. I couldn’t answer as I think it’s the height of rudeness to do that while someone else is talking to me. I called him back when I was free a few minutes later.
I made it to the school soon afterwards and got set up. I didn’t have to run the fan at all as the temperature was a pleasant 20 degrees. Proof that it wasn’t a very warm day today!
When my student came to class, we had a good discussion. We both had interesting weekends and talked about them before going on with our lesson. We’ve finally finished talking about the lesson’s vocabulary.
After class, I finished up and then did a few things in the school. I called F and he picked me up. Tonight we had dinner in Fireball and it was good. However, we ate entirely too much, to the point of being uncomfortable. Yuck.
We came home and vegged, because we couldn’t do anything else! I asked F to put on the weekend’s TV that he’d DVR’d for me and, as I feared, it was all in blooming Japanese. Somehow he’s screwed up the settings on the machine because it was all fine before. I watched Top Gear from this weekend as it was the only show broadcast in English that he’d recorded (It has subtitles, not dubbed on one channel). I’m quite annoyed because I asked him to be particularly careful with the DVR this week. I missed Glee and Desperate Housewives. Grr.
Anyway, that’s about it for today. I really don’t want to stay up much later as I’m tired. Tomorrow, I don’t really have a lot planned. I’m cooking dinner and I hope to go out in the daytime, but other than that, who knows? Come back tomorrow and find out what I do! Night.
