Wednesday - Cold and snowy/rainy

An okay day.  I woke up late this morning only to find that House was off and Grey’s Anatomy was on.  I was quite disappointed.  I’ll take Hugh Laurie over Patrick Dempsey any day.  I still watched it though!

I had a relaxing morning with my usual breakfast and newspaper.  After another TV show I took a nap on the couch.  I was having one of those falling asleep at my computer mornings.

I had planned to do a lot of stuff today, but it never really got done.  Tomorrow is my last free day this week, so I’ll have to try and do some of it then.  I did make myself lunch today, and also watched X-Men.  It was great!  Hugh Jackman is great as Wolverine.
After F came home tonight we changed and went out. We went to the Electronic shop and bought more printer ink. We’d both run out, plus I needed some for my school.  Nengajo season is upon us and I have a lot of cards to print!  We also stopped off to buy kerosene.

At home again, I began the dinner preparations.  I had to cook some pork that F got as his gift for going to the wedding.  They gave him 6 pieces of miso pork.  We didn’t eat it all, there are some leftovers.  I also made a pasta side dish and we had salad with it.  F did the dishes afterwards and then I set up the bread machine for tomorrow morning.  F will be able to have some fresh whole wheat bread for his breakfast.  Then I tackled the garbage.  I did it early tonight. Yay for me.

We had a fairly quiet evening tonight.  I thought I had F talked into watching a dvd of a TV show we bought, but then he found a show on the whole North Korea Missile firing thing and of course he wouldn’t watch what I wanted.  Sigh.

At 11 I watched Grey’s Anatomy from the couch with my crochet.  It’s going well.  I was actually rather surprised at the end of the show, it left it with a huge cliffhanger that I didn’t see coming (and hadn’t read about either!)  Nope, not going to spoil it for y’all either!

Before F took his bath tonight he watched House. I think he likes it!  Then, he did his own garbage removal.  Yay. He’d brought a box of persimmons home from work and left them in our tatami room.  I’m not a big fruit fan, so I didn’t do anything with them, and they went bad. I wasn’t too pleased about having mouldy rotting fruit in the house, so he’s tossing them tomorrow.  There’s still more to deal with, but they aren’t bad…yet!

Now I’m done.  Tomorrow I need to at least get started on one of my Journal columns and perhaps do a bit of laundry or cleaning.  I could be talked out of the latter though!  Got to go.  Night!
