Wednesday - Cool and Rainy, snow forecast!
I woke up around 5 am, did a washroom run and then came back to bed where I got a nice snuggle before I fell asleep again.
I got up, watched the news off the DVR and then watched ER. I had a quiet day here in the room. I did a few things on my computer, watched a bit off the DVR and wrote an email to my BFF.
In the afternoon, just before lunch, I prepared the garlic marinade for the pork and then combined the two. I put it back in the fridge for later.
F came back around 6 pm and I went down to the kitchen to cook dinner. We had garlic pork, spinach cake, cauliflower, and some rice pilaf. It all turned out fairly well.
F and I did the dishes after dinner then went out to Komeda Coffee. Oh, yeah, we went to Homac first to get something for the car he uses at work. At Komeda, we had a cake set each, they’ve just changed the cakes so it was a taste seeking mission!
We bought groceries for me at MaxValu. F didn’t want me to spend a lot, so I didn’t buy stuff for dinner which is a bit too bad.
We came back to the house after that, put the groceries away too. I prepared the garbage to be taken out, which meant that I needed to toss a few things from the fridge too.
I took a quick shower and came upstairs to watch Grey’s Anatomy. It’s back on and I’m enjoying the craziness of it all.
And really, that’s about it for me. Not sure what I’ll get up to tomorrow. If I feel like it, there’s an early movie at Machinaka Cinema, but if I don’t there’s lots of stuff on the DVR.
