 Monday - Hot and muggy and sunny

I had a weird night last night. When I went to bed last night, F was fast asleep, but he had left his computer on my side of the bed! Ha! I tried to wake him up to get him to move it but he didn’t. I thought I’d move his computer to the floor, but he was attached to it by earphones! In the end, I shifted the computer over closer to him and left it where it was.

This morning I was asleep and the first thing I knew was F coming back into the room, jumping on the bed, kicking my foot (accidentally), whining about his phone. Honestly, this man of mine loses his phone at least once a day. It was twice today….

I went downstairs and then came back upstairs and went back to sleep for a bit. Of course, I overslept and I got up a bit later than I would have wanted. 

I got up, had breakfast and watched a little news on TV. I ended up taking another nap for a bit. Sigh.

I got up, sorted out my clothes for tomorrow and then sat down at my computer to do some review for my classes tomorrow. One problem was that the website was down. Ack! However, I did go through my plans and figured out how things would go. 

I had lunch and then did more lesson work, then had some computer time before I got a call from F. He was on his way back to the house. 

Tonight, I was making a simple dinner of scrambled eggs. F and I had yakiniku last night and he didn’t want any meat tonight. When we are at the store, neither of us wanted to get any!

I cooked some mushrooms and potatoes, there was salad and rice for K and F. There were also tomatoes too for them. It was good but I had to go upstairs to call F down. I hollered twice to him but there was no answer. Upstairs I discovered the lights out and him fast asleep!

He came down and we had dinner. It was quite popular and I think with the heat, it was really nice to have something a little easier to digest.

I did the dishes and it took a while tonight. I did my usual podcast listening, so the time went fairly easily for me.

I came upstairs and stripped off most of my clothes. I put on a dress and relaxed for a while. I went and had a bit of a nap, but F came upstairs. We had a nice little chat and then I took a shower before watching The Good Wife. F was supposed to take a shower, but he fell asleep. I think when I go downstairs before bed I’ll turn off the water heater. 

That’s about it for me. The day got better. Tomorrow F is off for the local O-bon but I have my classes. I checked the website for one of my lessons and it seems to be up again, so that is good. I hope it stays up tomorrow too!
