 Tuesday - Rainy in the morning, gorgeous afternoon.

I went to bed early last night, somewhere around 2 am. Yay me. Unfortunately, I also woke up early this morning. I woke up before 7 am, went downstairs and then went back to sleep. I got up a bit after 8. F took his mother off to get her second shot a bit before 9 so I got up and went downstairs. I took care of a personal thing and then came back upstairs. F and K came back just after me.

F was downstairs for a bit so I went into review mode for my lessons today. I checked my clothing and that my backpack was correctly packed. F came upstairs and started to talk about breakfast or something. I wasn’t too patient with him and he stormed off. I had told him yesterday that I wasn’t going to go out for lunch because I really needed to be back before a certain time. I was feeling so nervous this morning that I didn’t think I could eat.

I had an early for me lunch and ate it up here, then I washed my dishes, brushed my teeth and then headed upstairs to get dressed.

F came back and he was still quite cranky. He asked me things that seemed silly to me. I told him when I would be done teaching and that I didn’t know when I’d be back. I thought maybe my supervisor would like to chat with me and give me some feedback. 

When I was ready I went downstairs and got my shoes on. I was waiting to see if my supervisor would be on time. She was!

Unfortunately, I can’t talk about my classes but they were fine. They were a bit better than I expected.

After I finished my supervisor drove me back to the house and then left.

I went inside, upstairs and talked to F. He was still a bit grumpy but I suggested going out for a cup of coffee. He was okay with that. 

We went to Starbucks and we both had the same thing, a Dark Mocha Chocolate Chip Frappucino and it was darn good. We were able to get good seats too.

We came back to the house and decided that we’d take K out of the house for dinner if she was up for it. She was. We drove off to our favourite restaurant in Kushibiki and…it was closed. Sigh. F brought us back to Tsuruoka and we went to Kintaro Sushi which is close to F’s house. We had a pretty nice meal there.

After dinner, we dropped K off at the house and went to get groceries. We went to the nearest big grocery store and picked up a few things. We came back to the house and then put the groceries away. We relaxed for a while and I watched FBI which is now finished for the season. 

And really, that is about it for the day. I got through the lessons and next time will hopefully be better!  Come back later if you like and hear all about my day. Until tomorrow….
