Wednesday - Rainy in the morning, sunny in the afternoon
Last night when I went to bed, F was still up. He was having trouble sleeping and finally had to resort to some medicine.
When I got up this morning, I turned off the air conditioner and opened up the windows. It was cooler outside by a touch. I watched the news and had a bit of a snooze too.
I had a quiet morning. I planned to do some laundry but noticed that F had left a load in the washing machine overnight. I brought it upstairs and hung it up for him. I did a load of shirts and then hung them up in the room.
In the afternoon I did up my paperwork from yesterday’s classes and tried to watch a movie. I stopped it as I didn’t like where it was headed. It seemed to be more of a horror film than I expected. I rewatched Project Runway too.
After the news, F phoned to say he was coming back, but he had to buy gas first. He often runs the car a bit too close for my liking.
I went downstairs and got started on dinner. It wasn’t a hard one tonight. I was reheating the curry and also I made a cucumber dish, plus some tofu. We had a pretty good meal. F and I had seconds and shared a packet of rice.
I did the dishes and it seemed to take forever. Maybe that was because I was listening to an interesting podcast?
I came upstairs and F was already asleep on the bed. He was still in his jeans but didn’t hear me move around the room. I watched a little TV and then went downstairs to take a shower. When I came back, I watched another TV show.
F has woken up for a few minutes here and there but is sleeping again. I can’t close the door tonight as I’m using the edges of the door to dry his blanket!
Tomorrow I should work on my classes for next week and there’s also dinner that I have to cook. On top of that, there are emails to write and The Walking Dead to watch! I could be busy!
