Sunday - Cloudy and rainy at night.
I woke up earlyish this morning, went downstairs and then had another nap for about 45 minutes. I woke up before 11 and got up and dressed too.
F had been making his mother something to eat for breakfast and then we went out. We went over to the car dealership and had them fix the light on the car’s dashboard. When we finished our cappuccinos we left and drove next door to the Cocos. F and I went in and were seated near the door. It wasn’t too bad today, and it was nice that the waiter didn’t make F go all the way to the back of the restaurant.
F had a beef hamburger and I had a pork burger in a cocotte pan. I loved mine, I’m not sure if he liked his or not. We shared an order of fries (Cocos fries are excellent) and I kept us both supplied with drinks from the drink bar.
After lunch, we ran a few errands. We went to the gas station for gas for the car and kerosene for the house, a drugstore to get more masks (we didn’t buy there) and some coffee drinks for me. When we finished there, we went to a shop where I bought something for my friend’s birthday and something for me (Chocolate and vanilla rooibos tea…yum).
We went to the house for a few minutes to drop off the kerosene and then F and I went off to have some coffee at Komeda. We spent a bit over an hour there and while we were there F suggested ordering bentos from a new place. We drive by it quite often and he heard it was good from a co-worker.
He ordered the bentos from the parking lot of the coffee shop and then we drove over to pick them up. We brought them back to the house and then we gathered around the table and had our dinner.
The bentos were really good if a little small. I just didn’t want to do dishes so I asked F if he would wash them and I would dry the ones that needed to be done. He agreed. Of course, I had to keep biting my tongue because of the way he does the dishes, but at least they got done!
We came upstairs after dinner and just relaxed. I watched much too much YouTube, F did for a while before he went to bed.
And that was my day. I’m not really sure what we’ll get up to tomorrow. It is a national holiday and we have no plans at the moment. I do want to get out of the house and hopefully stay out for a while! I’m not sure what else will happen. So, that means that you have to come back tomorrow and read all about my day. Well, you don’t have to, but it might be nice if you do!
