Thursday - Sunny

I woke up this morning to an empty room. I didn’t see F before he left so it was a little sad. 

I had a quiet morning, I did my usual watching of the news and then snoozing thing. When I got up I went downstairs and grabbed my breakfast and then came upstairs. I had a quiet morning and afternoon where I watched some YouTube and just had a quiet day. 

Around 5:45, I went downstairs and turned on the outside lights and started washing my day’s dishes. I turned on the living room lights and heater so that K and I would be warm while we ate dinner.

K got herself up and I tried to explain that F was away at a party and that we were having food delivered. I’m not sure how much she understood. When the guy came with the food, I brought it through to the living room and set the table.  We ate and had a nice meal.  This time we ordered the tempura set for each of us and it was nice. The only thing was that it was a bit cool and slightly soggy. After we ate, I washed the dishes and then went upstairs. 

I’ve had a quiet but nice evening up here. I watched The Lost City with Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum. It was fun, but it wasn’t a great film.  I felt like it was a modern riff on Romancing the Stone, but just not as funny or scary. I did a couple of rows of my blanket while I was watching as well. I enjoyed that too. 

I watched New Amsterdam as well and then listened to music for a while. I didn’t talk to F. I noticed that he’d sent me a message around 9:30 saying he was going to bed. I didn’t notice at the time but decided not to call him back in case he was asleep. He didn’t have a private room sad to say.

So, that’s about it for me for today. Tomorrow I’m not cooking so I’m not sure if we’ll go out for dinner or if F will get us in some bentos. We’ll have to see.
