Sunday - Warm and Sunny
I woke up when my alarm went off this morning. It went off around 10 am. I had a hard time getting up, but I finally did. Yay me.
I got dressed and so did F. He was going to go and get his mother some food, but for some reason he didn’t! I think we were running late and I pointed out that there was a lot in the kitchen already. We left and I asked F if he’d like to have lunch with me after his massage. I told him I needed a snack because I’d taken my medicine. If I don’t eat soon after, I feel nauseous. Somehow that segued into F going for ramen by himself after his massage. I was a tad miffed if I’m honest. He was so whiny about it that I told him to do it.
I went into S-Mall and walked around a little. I noticed that the Pizza Hut Express has re-done itself and now concentrates on pizzas rather than pasta. Damn! Then I remembered I have a membership at the hotel and they had a decent lunch today. I went into the hotel and went to the restaurant. I had their lunch special and it was rather nice. I enjoyed myself in the restaurant and then I paid and left.
I did a little shopping through the mall and bought a few things at the hundred yen shop. I went downstairs after that and went to Doutors where I was when F came back to the mall. I bought him a drink and we chatted because he’d left his phone in the car. He’d gone for his bloomin’ ramen and…it was terrible! He’d tried to go to his favourite place, but it was busy so he’d gone somewhere else. On the surface I was nice about it, but inside I was laughing myself silly!
We left the mall when we finished our drink and went out to the car. We decided to go shopping and get our grocery shopping done. Or, I did. I went into the store and did a bit of shopping. I’ve decided that I’m going to do chicken legs one night and tacos another. Yay for me.
I spent nearly all the money that F gave me and then came back to the car. We went back to the house, I put away the groceries and F took a nap. He wasn’t feeling well for the rest of the day.
I spent time on my computer and watched a bit of YouTube too. Around 7 pm we started moving again and decided that we’d go for dinner. F and I went to Cocos tonight.
At Cocos I had the cocotte burger with a creamy mustard sauce and it was lovely. We shared some fries and we had drink bar too. After dinner, we came back to the house and just relaxed.
Since I didn’t have anything on regular TV to watch, I decided to watch something on our streaming services. I watched The Power and thought it had potential and then another episode of The Reluctant Traveller. Today Eugene Levy went to the Maldives.
F hasn’t felt that great tonight, I hope he’s okay going to work tomorrow.
I’m not sure what I’m going to get up to tomorrow. I have nothing to look forward to for a while now so I’m a little sad.
