Tuesday - Sunny and warmish
I woke up this morning and went downstairs. I used the toilet and when I came out, K was sweeping the floor in her pyjamas. I’m not sure why! I went back upstairs and watched the news and did the usual things that I do. News and then snoozing. When I got up later I went downstairs to grab my breakfast, K was still up and was watching TV. I think she was still doing stuff. On one hand I was glad about that, but it’s a little bit annoying too.
I had a quiet morning and afternoon. I did a little bit of mending today which is rather good. I’ve put it off for ages. I watched some YouTube and a bit of the news too.
I went downstairs for lunch early and came up to watch the US news at its new time. After that, I watched Bake-Off and enjoyed that. I relaxed and then remembered that I had to send a parcel off tonight, so I prepared the package to go.
F called a little later so I went downstairs and got a start on dinner. Tonight, I was planning to make tacos. I did my day’s dishes and then I got started on dinner. It went fairly well and around 7 pm I had dinner on the table.
Dinner went well and everybody seemed to like it. Woot. After we ate I cleared the table and then washed the dishes. I got done fairly early for a change, so I said goodnight to K and went upstairs.
I tried to relax for a couple of minutes and then I insisted that F take me out. We left the house and went to Mina, a close grocery store. I went in and did a little shopping. I did fairly well when I was shopping I think, but found it hard to decide what to cook over the next few days.
We popped into a convenience store to send my pants back to the lady who is making them for some adjustments. We argued a bit about the address label. F did a lot of it, but kind of made me angry. He also bought some onigiri for his breakfast and for his mother’s too. The grocery store didn’t have any left.
We came back to the house and F disappeared upstairs. I put away the groceries and then went upstairs too. I watched FBI: Most Wanted , did some crochet, and then made sure the DVR started recording Yellowstone. I didn’t watch it tonight, I put on some music and listened to that.
F has gone to bed and is sleeping away. I’ll be going off to bed soon too. I’m not sure what I’ll get up to tomorrow. Come back later and find out!
