 Friday - Thunderstorms, snow and clear

Apologies for not posting earlier. I could have sworn that I wrote a blog entry on Friday night, but I couldn’t find any trace of it in my files. I don’t think I’ve ever done this before! I just spaced.

I woke up just before F had to get up and then didn’t go back to bed until after he left. When I did go back to bed, there was a huge thunderstorm that was rather scary for a few minutes. It’s so weird that Japan gets thunderstorms in winter. In Canada it’s only in summer!

I had a very quiet day. I barely saw K at all. I did a couple of loads of laundry in the morning/early afternoon. I had breakfast and later lunch. 

I did pasta for dinner last night, with a jarred basil sauce. I really liked it, but F and K didn’t seem to like it as much as I did. Oh well. 

I got the dishes done fairly early and decided to watch some TV from the Fire Stick. I watched the next episode of Three Pines. I am so enjoying this series. I hope they’ll eventually make more of them. I followed that up with an episode of Ted Lasso which was good again. I do feel like the episodes are a bit too long for a comedy. But I like it anyway.

I don’t know why I didn’t write this entry on Friday night/Saturday, but I didn’t. I really had a hard time tonight when I tried to find my blog entry from Friday night and it wasn’t there. Not at all. Weird!
