Saturday - Cloudy, drizzly and rainy
I woke up this morning to see F sitting on the foot of the bed. He was there for a while so I had to make a trip downstairs. Then, I went back to bed and slept longer. I didn’t wake up until the early afternoon. Oh dear.
I got up and got dressed and F came into the room and then kind of demanded I tell him where I wanted to go for lunch. I didn’t know and said so. He told me that he wanted to go for ramen. I said to go ahead. Then he said he wouldn’t go anywhere. I just rolled my eyes. I looked online for a few places to see if there was anything that I was interested in. I came up with an idea but wasn’t sure if F would like it.
I went over to the bed and spent a bit of time with him. We talked for a few minutes and then I suggested going to Kissa Marina. We had tried to go during the New Year Break, but they had already closed. F wasn’t too hungry as he’d eaten with his mother so he could get a dessert or something lighter and I could have my meal.
F agreed to go to my choice of place, so we drove over there. They weren’t too busy, so we were able to get a table and sat down. F decided to have a pancake and coffee, I had my usual curry on pasta. It was great as usual.
After lunch, we decided to just go back to the house and relax. I watched too much YouTube and didn’t have the time to snooze like I wanted to. F wanted to go and so I had to leave again.
We went to his car dealership and did the 6 month check-up. While we were there we were given something to drink as usual. It was pleasant to be there. F had lots of conversations about his car with the guys there.
After we left, we visited the grocery store across the street and bought K some dinner. We left the store and came back to the house. F gave K her food and while she was using the washroom we ran away!
We drove out to Mikawa Mall and went to see a movie. We bought our tickets and then we went to the food court and bought dinner. F had ramen that he didn’t like and I had a bibinba. I couldn’t have my usual sort, so I had a cheese bibinba. I actually really liked it!
When we finished, our movie cinema had already opened up, so I sent F in and bought us some popcorn and drinks. I dropped them off at our seats and visited the washroom.
Then, I seated myself and got ready to watch Expend4bles. It was supremely silly and I laughed myself silly at it. December has been a pretty hard month so it was nice to just be able to relax and forget about things for a couple of hours. And Jason Statham was in it.
We came back to the house after the movie. F did ask if I wanted to stop anywhere, but I didn’t.
We had a quiet evening. I emailed my bestie because I’ve been putting it off for ages. F and I have chatted at times, but he’s off to sleep I think.
My cold is taking a turn. I’ve developed a bit of a cough. I hope that it won’t take long to get over. Fingers crossed!
That’s about it for me for today. Tomorrow F has a massage scheduled for himself so I might go out and have lunch at the mall while he’s enjoying himself. I just wish that there were nice places in the mall to eat.
