Sunday - Snowy and colder
F woke me up again this morning. He got up around 9 I think. He went downstairs and I stayed upstairs in bed, after a quick trip downstairs. I did manage to drag myself out of bed before noon today. I knew that F wanted to go out, he had an appointment.
He offered to take me out for lunch around 12:15, but his appointment was at 1:15 and across town, so I told him he didn’t have time. He’d eaten with his mother, so didn’t need to.
We left the house at 12:45 and drove in the snow to S-Mall. F let me out at the mall and went off to his appointment. I looked around the mall a little. I picked up a few things at the hundred yen shop, I toured the grocery store but didn’t buy anything. I went to Pizza Hut for lunch. I had their Pizza Melts and enjoyed them a lot.
I finished and realized that F had called me so I called him back. He was turning into the mall’s parking entrance so he parked and we went to Doutors and had drinks. I had a decaf coffee, and F had a tea.
We came back to the house for a while after debating going to the aquarium. F gave his mother her dinner and then came to get me at 5 pm. I had no idea why he was coming so early, but it didn’t matter really. We decided to go to the 6 pm movie in town. Since we didn’t have time for a meal, I suggested going to a convenience store and getting something quick to eat there. F agreed, so we did that. I got some sandwiches and an onigiri, and F got an onigiri.
We went over to Machi-kinema and saw Asteroid City. We both really liked it. The cinema wasn’t very busy sadly, but F was able to move over as he prefers to not sit next to me. We laughed quite a lot at the film and I liked it, but I didn’t love it the same way I did The Grand Budapest Hotel.
After the movie, when we left the cinema, we were a bit shocked to see how much snow was outside. Yikes. We got over to the car and F suggested going to his favourite fish restaurant for dinner. I thought it was a good idea.
We drove to Okazaki and got in right away. We were able to get seated right away and had a lovely meal. I had tuna cheek steaks again and F had a keisen-don that he raved about.
After dinner, we came back to the house rather carefully. There was even more snow out there. We came into the house and it was chilly. I started the heater upstairs and started warming things up. I took a shower tonight too as it has been a bit too long since I did!
Since I came back upstairs, I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube and getting my blogging done.
I’m not sure what we’ll get up to tomorrow. I think a lot depends on how much snow we have. We will have to do normal things like buy groceries and such. At least I hope that we will be able to do that.
